Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and redressed within one (1) month.

Escalation: Complaints relating to personal data that remain unresolved may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Consumer complaints may be raised with the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or through the INGRAM portal at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in, or before the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POSHIS GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, arising from or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use this website or any content on it, including any loss of profit, business, data, or goodwill. The limitations and exclusions set out in Clause 16 of our Terms and Conditions apply to this Legal Notice. This Legal Notice and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, including non-contractual disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration provisions in Clause 22 of our Terms and Conditions, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this Clause limits the right of a consumer to approach the appropriate forum available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Legal Notice is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
